# Reducing things to consider on daily bases

- I've created a couple of lists of mundane tasks that I can activate through Shortcuts, reads the tasks from [Draft](https://getdrafts.com) and create a checklist in a new task in [Things](https://culturedcode.com/things/)
- The ordering of these tasks is important for them to be finished quickly
- It's also comforting not having to think about small tasks, wondering if I've forgotten things
- It's almost like a ritual
- For me the ask of determining what to do next is sometimes too high that I don't get on to the next thing
- I find this the same for consuming contents
- I also don't want to rely on the algorithm to determine what to watch next
- I want to search contents based on the mood and the time I have
- I guess this is my next project, but I'm not sure how to collect and organize these contents
- This becomes more of a DB, so I might consider [Collections](https://twitter.com/CollectionsPDB)
- Currently doesn't support Shortcut, but it might be ok in this case?
